Training and Assessment Environment
For onsite training and assessments, the client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets these requirements. Training and assessment venues must be of adequate size and have appropriate heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation.
Vehicles supplied by applicants or applicants’ employers must be roadworthy, registered, clean and loaded to 75% Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM).

Recorded video assessments will be digitally stored in our secure management system and protected by password access. Recorded video assessments will be deleted after 6 months, as per MVR requirements.
If Outback Licensing ceases to operate, all records will be transferred to the relevant authority in the required format.

If your assessment fees are paid by your employer or a third party, this gives Outback Licensing permission to discuss the applicant's assessment outcome with their employer or third party.
